Practice Reflective Portfolio
The Practice Reflective Portfolio (PRP) is an online, self-directed learning activity designed to support you through the successful completion of the CAWC Institute. The Practice Reflective Portfolio or PRP supports your plans and direction of all your educational initiatives and learning needs. It includes several exercises to help you reflect on how you learn and strategies to improve your learning. Please create a critical pathway of your wound care practice to help you define your location in the continuum of wound care, identify your gaps, and understand that you have identified where you need to go!
Please revisit your portfolio once a year and prior to each educational initiative you undertake. Doing so will help you to ensure that you are on the pathway to wound care best practice!
